Some say that she is capricious, while others emphasize her unpredictability. One thing is certain - Babia Góra has many secrets that make it also become intriguing. Every day he makes himself known from a different angle, but has she already revealed all her secrets? "Tajemnicza Babia Góra" - thanks to this project it will become closer not only to the inhabitants of the Zawoja commune, but above all to tourists. Where did the Queen of the Beskids really come from? What is its gusty character? And why its peak is called "Diablak"? The population living at the foot of Babia Góra - both on the Polish and Slovak side - could answer these questions in many ways. Talking with the inhabitants of these areas you can hear, among others about a woman who turned into stone when she saw that a robber who loved her was killed during the next expedition, and about the devil's castle, which was supposed to be built by the devil on top. It is only a substitute for the secrets that revolve around this extraordinary mountain, but it is also a good start to delve into the stories related to the Queen of the Beskids, also known as the Mother of the Poor. The commune of Zawoja, in agreement with the Slovak commune of Oravska Polhora, decided to discover the secrets of this place and make these areas better known to tourists.
Tourists walking on the slopes of the Queen of the Beskids will be able to count on the power of fun with the game available on mobile devices. Thanks to her, they will discover the most interesting places, accompany shepherds in their daily duties, delve into the shepherd's culture, customs of the Babia Góra highlanders, and will also face many tasks and puzzles. Before them a real journey to the world of legends, highlander games and Polish-Slovak traditions.
