About this app

Sprzętly is an application for managing fleets of equipment, tools, and supplies – for companies that rent, issue, and service equipment. Scan the QR code and instantly know what equipment it is, where it is, and with whom.

WHAT IT CAN DO

• QR scan → equipment card: status, details, due dates, and current user
• Equipment issuance to an employee with an on-screen signature and equipment checklist
• Equipment rental to an external client
• Return with a report and signature
• "My Equipment" – what you currently have issued
• Due dates and reminders (inspections, tests, insurance)
• Inventory via scanning
• "Needs Attention" dashboard – overdue returns and due dates on a single screen
• Push notifications about overdue returns and new releases

For equipment rental companies, construction companies, service centers, maintenance departments, and any company that needs to know where their equipment is and who has it.

FIELD CONVENIENCE

The app works wherever you are—at the equipment, in the warehouse, or at the customer's. You sign for receipt with your finger on the screen, and everything is transferred directly to the system.

ACCOUNT

The app is part of the Sprzętly system (sprzetly.pl) and requires logging in with your company account.
Log in with the same email address and password you use for your browser dashboard. The app works online.

Co możesz zrobić:
• Zeskanować kod QR → od razu widzisz sprzęt: status, terminy, u kogo jest
• Wydać sprzęt pracownikowi lub wynająć klientowi — z podpisem na ekranie
• Przyjąć zwrot z oceną stanu (również oznaczyć uszkodzenie)
• Znaleźć pracownika i zwrócić sprzęt z jego karty (także bez kodu QR)
• Zrobić inwentaryzację skanowaniem
• Odbierać powiadomienia push i logować się odciskiem palca lub twarzą
