About this app

Which plot are you standing on? Open the app in the field and you'll see your GPS position against the background of cadastral plot boundaries across Poland—38 million plots from state registers.

WHAT YOU CAN CHECK WITH A ONE TAP:
• Plot number, zoning district, and municipality
• Area and dimensions (width x length)
• Building width—will an 8x10 m house fit
• Whether the plot is built-up and has road access
• Distance to the nearest building, high-voltage lines, and noise sources
• Elevation above sea level and average slope (GUGiK data)

IN THE FIELD - MEASUREMENT MODE:
• Navigation to the plot boundary with an honest uncertainty band – we show the accuracy we truly have, without any pretense
• "Guide to the post" – the app will guide you to a specific boundary point, step by step
• Average measurement and calibration at the boundary post for improved accuracy
• Plot dimensions in all directions from your position

MAP LAYERS:
• Orthophotomap (GUGiK aerial photo) below the boundaries
• Municipality general plan (POG) – development zone and parameters
