THE BANK IS A RACIST BANK. MY FRIEND'S BANK ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED BECAUSE OF DATA UPDATE, BECAUSE HE WAS ON TRIP WHEN HE GOT THE SMS TO UPDATE AND LATER UPON HIS RETURN HE WENT TO THE BANK AND DID THE UPDATE AND COMPLETED THE PROCESS, THE BANK BRANCH TOLD HIM EVERYTHING IS OK, THAT HIS BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE UNBLOCKED AFTER 48 HOURS, TILL NOW HIS ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED GETTING TO TWO WEEKS NOW, WITH ENDLESS, EMPTY PROMISES FROM THE BANK TELEPHONE SUPPORT STAFF ABOUT UNBLOCKING THE ACCOUNT.

the worst onboarding process I ever saw. I been standing with my phone camera hovered the ID for one minute and nothing happened. why it's not possible just to upload an ID photo??

Przy procesie rejestracji w aplikacji akceptujemy jedynie polski dowód osobisty. Z naszej analizy wynika, że próbowałeś użyć innego dokumentu tożsamości. Aby otworzyć konto z posiadanym przez Ciebie dokumentem zapraszamy do placówki. Ania

App is well designed. All is clear, 4 stars because the competition is far a way with the additional services like parking\public transport\highways\other payments. It would be great to have all additional services in one app. 😊

I encourage you to download the latest version of the app - we have provided in it the ability to pay for parking 😊 You can find the service in the Payments or Benefits - Services tab. There you can easily activate parking lots, add a vehicle and buy a parking ticket. The service is available in cities served by our provider. Wiktoria
