App is pretty slow. I could live with that, but UI/UX is fatal. Trsnsactions from two accounts, mine and wife's, are mixed on the list. No simple switching between these two. Hire me, I can give you hints what to change.

Pawel, thank you for reaching out! As it comes to history settings, you can use filters to see the precise data you wish to see. Moreover, in the app settings, you can change the default view of your accounts. Nevertheless, we would love to see your job application, so go check our job posts at and join the team! Jola

They changed app to a much slower one, and much less intuitive one. It is clear that no one there listens to their customers and users!

Face recognition during registration process doesn't work properly. For this reason I can't create account through the app.

Filip,we've managed to deduce that some phone models might have problems with face recognition during the account opening process. Yet we've developed a solution for that problem, which will appear very soon with a new app version on Google Play. I apologise for your inconvenience, and I hope you will give us another shot. Jola

• Deposit cash in CDMs using BLIK—available for individuals
• View and download your bank statements—available for personal and credit card accounts
• View up to 5 recent BLIK transfer payees
• Use quick shortcuts to access your history, BLIK payments, BLIK transfers to mobile and ordinary transfers. To use the shortcuts, press and hold the app icon
• Wealth details – you will be able to view all your products in one place
