The mobile e-kartoteka (e-card) is an extension of the Mieszczanin online portal, used by hundreds of thousands of residents, and is now also available in a mobile version.

The app is an intuitive and convenient tool that allows for full control of billing related to your units and easy communication with the property manager and other residents. With the mobile e-kartoteka (e-card), you gain access to key information from your phone.

Ratings and reviews

Great app, but needs a bit of work so it doesn't feel like a website. Should be a bit more "snappy". Animations and UI work with Android guidelines in mind would improve the overall experience.

That's the first time I see that the app requires the Google login to pay with GPay inside. Why? Of course I'd not let this app my goggle account credentials.

Very weak and obsolete design, absolutely non user friendly or informative. Seems like this app has been developed just for nothing.
