My phone app has been blocked for about three weeks now. I went to the bank and called customer service, but no one has helped me fix this problem yet. I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

Small maximum limits, transactions can fail but limit still gets exhausted, weak transaction history - not all transactions are visible. There is no button "Send" in a chat with consultant!!! 😀🤦

Since previous update the application is available in English language only on my phone, possibly because device is set up to English language - but I wish to use application in Polish language and it's impossible to change that manually.
