Faktura.pl is a fast, simple, and secure application for issuing and receiving invoices and online accounting, fully compliant with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

Faktura.pl is one of the oldest invoicing programs in Poland. Since 1999, we have been supporting entrepreneurs by providing fast invoicing software integrated with the KSeF, online accounting, and accounting software.

CONNECT WITH KSeF
The application enables simple and free integration with the National e-Invoice System. This means you have all your documents in one place: issued invoices are automatically sent to the KSeF, and you can always download cost documents free of charge!

ISSUE INVOICES IN 7 SECONDS!
Issue any type of structured invoice in seconds, i.e., KSeF-compliant: VAT, advance payment invoices, and corrections, and send them directly to contractors and the National e-Invoice System.

ADDING COST DOCUMENTS
Both adding cost invoices from your phone and automatically downloading them from the National e-Invoice System are incredibly easy. After adding or downloading documents, you can describe them and then either post them yourself or easily forward them to your accountant. In subsequent months, the same invoices will be automatically assigned to specific costs.

INVOICE MANAGEMENT
You can personalize invoices (e.g., by adding your logo) and issue them in multiple languages ​​and currencies. Invoices are sent to contractors directly from the app, and a text message notification will inform your client that your invoice is waiting for them. Adding an instant payment button to the invoice will make it easier for the client to pay and speed up the payment to your account. Issue the same invoices every month? Enable recurring invoices, and the app will issue invoices for you!

ONLINE ACCOUNTING
Thanks to automatic accounting and full integration with the National Tax Office (KSeF), Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and Tax Office (US), the app will calculate taxes and social insurance contributions for you, generate accounting reports and SAF-T (JPK) files, and remind you of important tax deadlines.
