About this app
After starting the Mobile ISOF application, you can:
- complete the form to access the ISOF demo version (option Register DEMO in the menu),
- start the ISOF system - your commercial or demonstration version (option Run ISOF in the menu or on the application desktop),
- install the certificate necessary to work in the commercial version of the ISOF system (option: Certificate manager in the menu).
The Mobile ISOF application reads the parameters of smartphones or tablets and adjusts the system interface to the relatively small screen of these devices and touch operation. Moving around the system's modules is done using the icons on the main desktop and via the mobile menu activated by the so-called hamburger (three horizontal dashes aligned).
Among all ISOF system modules, for the needs of the Mobile ISOF application, the Activity CRM module was completely rebuilt. The mobile version allows you to view, edit and add a new Activity, display Activity in the form of a list, with advanced search filter, notes support and the ability to call the contractor associated with the selected Activity, also in teleconferencing mode. The selection associated with the Contractor's activity takes place using the auto-suggestion mechanism with automatic selection. Filter templates save favorite settings of the generated list.
As part of the adjustment of the other system modules to work on mobile devices, among others changes in toolbars and filters of individual modules.
CRM Modules of Activity and Customer orders on a smartphone can be a basic set of ISOF-ERP functions used in practice by sellers and sales representatives, facilitating the so-called preselling and vansellingu.
