The InPost Mobile app is a convenient way to receive, send and return parcels via a Parcel Locker®. In addition, the app allows you to track your shipments and make online purchases from various online shops with InPost Pay. Simple as ever!

Create a shopping cart with InPost Pay in an online store and settle payment and delivery with one click. In addition, you will be able to track orders and their status in one InPost app - no more dealing with hundreds of emails and messages from different stores. You only sign up for InPost Pay once, shop securely with one button, use your favourite delivery and payment method, and - most importantly - have all the details of your purchases, shopping carts from different stores, payments, deliveries, statuses, and notifications in one app!

👉 Sending without a label

You can send your parcel conveniently with InPost Mobile – without printing a shipping label, 24/7, via any Parcel Locker®. All you have to do is open the locker remotely with one click, scan the QR code, or enter the shipping code on the screen of the Parcel Locker®!

👉 Opening the locker remotely

One of the main functions of the application is the remote locker opening service, which allows you to receive and send parcels without having to use the Parcel Locker® screen. Click on the “Open locker remotely” button and your locker will open on its own!

👉 Extending the collection deadline

Every user of the application can conveniently extend the deadline for collecting the package from a Parcel Locker® by 24 hours. The service of extending the pick-up deadline is very intuitive – the "Extend" button will appear in the app 12 hours before the deadline.

👉 Returning packages quickly and conveniently

Tired of online shopping returns? Not with us. Every InPost Mobile user can conveniently return a parcel to partner stores! You do not need to print a shipping label, just fill in the return details and send the parcel from any Parcel Locker®.

👉 Redirecting courier parcels without any problem

You will not be home, but you are expecting an InPost courier? You can now conveniently redirect your parcel in the app. Choose the option that is most

convenient for you! Parcel Locker®, PUDO point, a neighbour's address. All you need to do is click “Redirect” next to the shipment and select your new delivery option.

👉 Placing a parcel in the Ease of Access Zone

The Ease of Access Zone is a solution that allows parcels to be delivered to lower lockers in the Parcel Locker®. This functionality is meant for people with disabilities and those short of stature. If you want the parcel to be placed in the Zone, select the "Activate" button in the details of the parcel.

👉 Picking up shipments using the Multi-locker functionality

Multi-locker is an option that allows you to receive multiple parcels from a single locker in a Parcel Locker®. Packages that have been included in the Multi-locker are collected in the app in one message and highlighted in blue.

👉 Parcel Lockers® are always close to you

You can easily find any Parcel Locker® or PUDO point in the app. All you need to do is click on the map and, if you have location services enabled, the application will show you the nearest InPost delivery points.

👉 Always know where your package is

Using the app, you can keep track of all the shipments you are waiting for. Notifications will keep you up to date with changes in shipment status. Your shipments ordered in the last 30 days, will be visible in the app after logging in.

👉 Paying cashless for cash on delivery shipments

You can pay for COD shipments with PayByLink transfers - a simple and convenient solution that gives you freedom and full control over your order.

Works pretty well for me. Yes, contactless access could be a little faster. Also, sometimes when multiple people open their boxes at the same time wirelessly, it gets confusing which box is yours. Maybe, literally put numbers on the boxes?.., would solve that problem. Also, for the international people which are struggling to learn this beautiful Polish language (Beautiful language but it's hard). Could you please add english to the InPost app. Thanks a million.

Works great - but there were issues with people arguing which parcel is whose, especially since phone number on the label is printed in microscopic font. Contactless opening could really use pointing user to correct column before opening. This isn't issue with the app - more with people using it :) Also have you considered making small version of the app for WearOS devices? Most modern smartwatches have bright enough screens to display readable QR code for the reader.

Trying to log into the app for 5 minutes now ... for some reason (you can just log in with phone number) I can't change the "prefix" part of the number because it's stuck on +48 and can't be changed no mater how many times I click on it or re open the app.
