Poker Equity & Odds works out equity and poker odds for Texas Hold'em: hand vs hand, hand vs a range, or range vs range. The math runs on your phone, so it works offline. It also teaches you the math, in short lessons and in drills.
When every runout can be checked, the result is marked EXACT. When the app samples, it shows the margin of error next to the number.
LEARN
Five units of short poker math lessons, 28 in all, with a checkpoint after each unit: what equity is, outs and hitting odds, pot odds, equity against a range, and putting it together.
• Every number in a lesson comes from the same engine as the calculator
• Lessons with a worked hand end with a link that opens that spot in Decide
• Questions you miss come back later in review, until they stick
• Unit 1 and its checkpoint are free, and lesson 3.1 opens once Unit 1 is done
After the course:
• You judge an all-in by your share of the pot, not by how one hand ended, and you know you can call while behind when that share covers your call.
• You count your outs, throw out the ones that also help them, and turn the rest into a chance to hit on the next card or by the river.
• You work out what a call needs, compare it with your equity, and know when the next card alone has to pay for the call.
DECIDE
Enter your hand, the board, the pot and the bet you face. You get CALL or FOLD with the reason: your equity, the pot odds you need and the gap between them. Add the effective stack and it counts implied odds too. Equity updates as you tap cards.
RANGES
• Paint a 13x13 range chart with a finger, one hand at a time or in one sweep
• Start from a preset starting hands chart, or build villain's range from position, action and player type
• Range vs board shows how a whole range hits a flop: made hands, draws and combo counts
• Save your ranges and come back to them later
OUTS & ODDS
Tap in the board and see which cards win, how many outs you have, and what the rule of 4 and 2 says next to the exact number.
TRAIN
Guess the equity first, then see how close you were and why. The path has five levels: coin flips, draws, pot odds, outs and mixed spots, three rounds of ten spots each. Flash opens at level five for quick timed reps. Share a spot and see if a friend can beat your guess.
PROGRESS
XP, levels, a daily ring, a streak and badges. A finished lesson counts toward the ring like five drills.
HAND LOG
Log a hand at the table in a few seconds. After the session, Hand Review replays it street by street with an equity line and a call or fold verdict at every bet you faced.
PREMIUM
An optional monthly or yearly subscription opens Units 2 to 5 of Learn and review for them, removes the daily limits on drills, range vs range and hand reviews, opens every turn card in Equity Explorer, and adds made hand distribution and unlimited saved ranges.
The app interface and the lessons are in English. No ads. Your hands and ranges stay on your device.
