Review from Imran Machher
Very good, very good I'm a huge fan of wipeout and I've been waiting for a decent clone and this is the closest and the best so far. There's still room for improvement such as new weapons, skills, upgrades etc . Back button to exit definitely needs to be added.
Flashout 3D - excellent Wipeout clone Excellent Wipeout clone for all those ex PS1 gamers out there. Great graphics, tracks, features and music. Doesn't have the same level of ship control as Wipeout (e.g. no air brakes) but I guess that's down to the difference between an Android app and a dedicated games console and controller. Worth every 89 of those pennies! Enjoy.
Help Jujubee! This game is pretty good, but maybe a bit short. For 1$, though, I can't complain. The gameplay is fun even though the AI is a bit strong, but I did manage to win all cups (twice). Here's where I need help: even though I won every cup twice, my career is still at 92.3%,without any explanation of what I need to do to get 100%. Also, even though I have made plenty of money to buy the last ship, it stays locked (maybe it unlocks when the career reaches 100%?). Please explain!
Wipeout is here at last! At long last! For those of you who have been waiting eons for a decent version of Wipeout for your Android phone Flashout 3D (original name right? ) is it. Some screens can get jerky but this should be rectified by decreasing the graphic details. Great tracks, excellent ships and music to set the tempo. Download asap
Better then repulze No auto fire! Yay! If only I can get control over the gas? ;) Update: I have been playing this game all day long! I love it! If you could fix the lag on the s3 that would be great. I don't have an S3 but I have a Chinese gaming tablet with the same exact specs. I would love to play this on high with physical controls. I also bought this on my iPad mini!
Cool effort I do like this game and I see the inspiration of wipeout in it, at this time though despite its good looks it just is not as polished or satisfying. The music is ok but I prefer the dirty and acidic tunes of wipeout, and the controls just don't seem as fun without strafing and pitch up and down. The floating stick is to twitchy, the left right controls just not responsive enough, and even though I am plenty familiar with accelerometer controls in race games I don't like them in this one. Can be better this.
Great graphics, bad ship movements If only the ships would move with the fluidity and naturalness of turbofly HD... Play it and you will see what people mean. Ships must tilt a bit when they turn, not direct the nose like cars do.
1280x800 resolution bug fixed (Samsung Galaxy Note and similar)
