The app supports the "Kraków Card" Program, implemented by the Krakow City Hall. You can use it to register an account in the Program, submit an application, present a valid mobile Krakow Card Status to Partners, and purchase and present mobile, personalized season tickets for residents (provided you have consented to the processing of your personal data by the Public Transport Authority). This status allows you to receive discounts from many Program Partners, as well as discounts on one-, two-, three-, and semester-long personalized season tickets for public transport in Krakow.

Please note: The Krakow Card mobile app only displays tickets purchased with the mobile version of the Krakow Card (mKK). Tickets purchased and saved on a plastic card will not be visible in this app. If you want to change the ticket carrier from plastic to mobile, you must complete an application for changing the Krakow Card carrier on the website kk.krakow.pl.
