I couldn't find my booking details in the app after logging in. When I try to add my ticket, it doesn't add it and gives error with Booking ID and Surname mismatch. But the same works via the browser! Such a terrible app! It doesn't even have the basics right. Thanks for wasting my time!

After check-in from LOT site boarding pass is not synchronized with App. No exit from App. Site + Gmail + Google Wallet works much better. Probably the idea is to search, buy, check-in through the same application. But I do it usually in different way. So for me that App is useless.

(2019) Horrible and useless. Unable to store and retrieve any of your: bookings, boarding passes, tracked flights, or even account settings. Basically, a wrapper for LOT mobile website, which is already horrible and does not store bookings or passes. Even apps from low-cost carriers EasyJet, Ryanair or Wizzair are better thought-through. Uninstalling. (UPDATE 12/2024): Improved a bit, now bookings and passes are stored. It's still a far cry from other carriers' mobile apps, but it works.
