Ratings and reviews

The app has a simple UI and looks good but has many problems. 1) Writing first name sometimes erases the title (Mr, Mrs), 2) Tapping on a field does not automatically scroll the page which causes fields to be hidden by the keyboard 3) The list of states should be alphabetical, not a random order 4) Date being specified as DDMMYYYY is a nice to have (after filling it) for international travelers from North America and East Asia. 5) Payment failed multiple times in app and on Firefox

It is poor compared to other airline apps I've used. Nags to login more than I like. The guest login is a poor experience, but I do not want to be required to log in. You know who I am from the booking code for goodness sake! App looses trip context, so I have to keep entering the booking code. It won't display boarding cards if I don't have an Internet connection. Not sure if this is always the case, but it happened to me. Pretty annoying TBH.

They lost our luggage on a DIRECT flight from from Warsaw to Ljubliana (b.ref. YXLGNT) a few days ago. Most probably it happened because the flight was fully booked with vacational passengers and LOT just decided not to load our luggage. They don't respond where the items located now. They don't provide any information when it arrives. Three flight happens after that and they could not delivery it. Our family with three children got miserable vacation. The worst experience I ever had.
