Also giving the glycemic load would have no sense because it depends on the quantity your are eating...
Same food with multiple GI values?! You can't tell if the data is accurate as for some the same food is listed multiple times with different GI values, eg. pineapple has a couple of very different values as do the different types of rice. For someone just starting out on a low GI diet this is confusing. Uninstalling to find a more accurate source.
Too many duplicates You can't tell what the glycemic value is when there are so many duplicate foods with different values. I can see a couple but thus list needs to be fact checked and edited. It would take a couple of hours to do. I appreciate someone tying to gather this important information for us diabetics.
Glycemic index by marcin dutkiewitz List could be half the lenght if repeats and misspelled words were removed. Gi numbers are different on repeated items, so you dont know which one is correct. Overall not bad, but needs improvement.
Great reference My wife has PCOS and is considered "pre-diabetic." This app had helped us adjust our diet to keep her healthy!
Great app with few confusions Thanks to the developers for sharing this application. I was wondering why an exact same item has multiple entries with different values. e.g. "Kidney beans: 43" and "Kidney beans: 23". There are so many items like that.
