Really bad first time parking experience. When buying parking, no option to add a new card, only use wallet. Eventually found option in main menu. Then when adding card, entered my card details, which failed as no personal details added. Had to go back and add these, then add my card details again. Took such a long time. The first time user journey could be *so* much better. Even finding the parking didn't find my parking location, had to enter manually. Other apps are much more streamlined.

Hallo Dan Ashton, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Tatsächlich arbeiten wir gerade daran die User Experience deutlich zu verbessern. Was das Finden des Parkplatzes angeht: Wenn dein Parkplatz nicht direkt automatisch gefunden wird drücke unten rechts einmal auf das "Ortungssymbol" dann wird der korrekte Parkplatz ausgewählt.

Ridiculously complicated and unresponsive. I was unable to add a credit card. I had to manually go to the website and charge the wallet. I have used various other vendors in Germany and the US. Never have I had such a bad first impression.

Fleet
2 Stars, just because it hasn't committed the original app sin of crashing or freezing my phone. Unintuitive interface and crusty notions how monetary transactions over the internet should work. Questions for the developers: - How can I add favourites? - Why can I only have 1 active parking ticket? - Can please add an option to select a recent parking option, I use a parking space regularly and favourites feel just like wasting time.
