mObywatel is an application of the Ministry of Digitization.Now you can safely, quickly and conveniently use digital documents and settle your official matters on-line.


With mObywatel you can:

use your digital documents, such as: mDowód, mPrawo jazdy (also including temporary electronic driving licence), ID cards (e.g. school, student's, pensioner's id cards), Big Family Card, Diia.pl and many more,

settle your affairs from anywhere, e.g. submit applications, receive e-prescriptions, pay taxes,

check the information about your vehicles, such as: technical inspections dates, motor liability insurance and other insurances,

report environmental violations, e.g. illegal waste dumps,

check train timetables and buy PKP tickets,

look up useful information while travelling abroad,

use the EU COVID Certificate confirming vaccinations.

Strangely enough it works on my device. Sometimes biometric authentication crashes and UX is hugely neglected but overall it's ok. Please translate all the content in the app, not only basic interface. I'd love option to delete expired/unused drug prescriptions, they accumulate and clutter the account. Keep up the good work 👍🏾

I have problem with MObywatel as I can not access DiiaPl document which is a confirming document of my presence in Poland. I can't log in and access my document as it says that certificate has expired. It is some kind of bug as I tried several times to delete app and install it again and when you first access the app everything is OK and I see the document but if you exit app, then the message that certificate has expired and there is no possibility to access docs unless app is reinstalled

after update to v2 this app crashes just after passing login screen and skipping proposition to use it as authentication for gov sites. i strongly encourage you never use it to anything than playground as you never know what next update brings on! it's second time this app is broken on my phone without me touching anything. first time was when they added rootbeer check resulting in false positive. frankly i had to root my phone to workaround this.
