Ratings and reviews

Mobile authorisation doesn't work. There's no notification, neither on the phone nor in the app. I can't make ANY operation online, can't even get to the settings and the helpline works only on workdays between 8 and 18. What's more, my account just got blocked, probably because of too many attempts to get the fricking notification. Thank God it's not weekend or I wouldn't have access to my own money for days. Seriously starting to look elsewhere for reliable banking.

Edit : after latest updates the app is crashing and doesn't work at all. 3 days and the bank cannot fix it? Incredible.. S10e, Android 10. It has most of the features that are absolutely required but it is very slow... I have an account in several 'Polish' banks and use their mobile app... Can say that Nest Bank app compared to others is the slowest one. Please fix this! It is really annoying. Other nice to have - please implement blik and chat with consultant in the app.
