Moja Polenergia is an Electronic Customer Service Center solution that you can find here in the form of a mobile application. In the first stage, the tool was prepared for Polenergia Dystrybucja customers in the household segment and sole proprietorships entitled to settle electricity in G1x tariff groups.

My Polenergia is an application that gives you access to the most important information related to the contract or contracts that you have concluded with Polenergia Dystrybucja.

Thanks to the application you can also:

- view the details of all your contracts;

- view information about upcoming payments and all issued invoices;

- quickly and safely pay for single invoices or collectively for several thanks to the basket payment service;

- receive notifications, min. about a new invoice or the upcoming payment date;

- quickly contact the Customer Service Office using dedicated numbers;

- view your electricity consumption and compare it with the previous year

- find the nearest customer service point and check information about opening hours and its address;

- receive messages from Polenergia Dystrybucja about important matters directly in the application,

- quickly settle your basic matters related to updating data.

To log in to the application, simply register is very simple. All you need to do is enter your login (e-mail address) and password, payer number (can be found on the invoice) and, optionally, a telephone number.
