The best file explorer Initially I liked the ESfile explorer. But after some recent updates the app is filled with ads. Also the interface became cartoonish. On recommendation from a YouTube channel,I used the trail version and surprisingly became fan of this in a few days because of the material design and jam-packed features in such a classy interface. This is my first paid app.
Nice file Explorer - No webdav support The app works works fine with local files and provides some useful stuff such as search and image viewer. Support of webdav is on the other hand not that solid... Lots of error without any explanation. Update webdav 15-jan-17: gets authenticated but still can't access my server, unknown error. Update text editor: when exiting the editor, an alert asking about unsaved changes is badly needed.
Great file manager but It doesn't handle USB drives properly, I can't share the content on them with local cast like I can with almost all other file managers. I WILL GIVE 5 STARS IF THIS GETS FIXED!! Update: I found a way to get it to launch to LocalCast from USB. Launch a video from internal storage, select LocalCast, select always. Even though you can't select LocalCast when launching from USB it will automatically do it now. Please look into this
I purchased this app for Xmas sale and this was my best $1 that i spend. Love this File Manager. Only issue i have is that i cant move files from internal to external memory. Every time i tryed, i get that need to enable some permission, but all permission are enabled allready. Please fix this bug !!!
Moved here from the chinese bloatfish es explorer after years.. This is a lot better.. Great functionality minus the bloat.. I would like to request a feature and report a bug... Request: Video thumbnails in encrypted folders.. Bug: launching pdf and office files from encrypted folder doesn't work with office suite.. Says something about content://.. Thanks and keep up
GOOD file manager A great paid file manager that makes me feel more like I'm using a real computer. Does everything but copy files from system memory to an SD card, but I believe that that is an Android limitation. What really pushed me over the edge was learning that it appears in the "share" options of other apps, allowing me to save more things directly.
