AsPhys is a free mobile application that allows quick and convenient access to the system supporting the operation of single and multi-person private physiotherapy offices. By installing AsPhys on your phone:
* you will get access to your and other people's work schedule in the facility,
* arrange and carry out the patient's visit by completing the visit or consultation card, add attachments and photos,
* check the patient's treatment history
* you will change the date of the visit and / or the therapist who will conduct it,
* you will cancel your visit if it cannot be done,
* you will settle your visit,
* when you need to contact a patient you will do it quickly and conveniently.
To start using the AsPhys system:
1. Go to the product website www.asphys.com and take advantage of the 14-day free trial period by registering your facility. You can also go to registration directly from the mobile application.
2. After obtaining the access data, go to the Asphys portal available at https://portal.asphys.com and configure your facility. The training materials available here can be helpful: https://asphys.com/materialy/.
3. Use the functionality of the AsPhys system during the test period by adjusting its capabilities to the needs of your facility.
4. At the end of the test period, we will contact you. If the system meets your expectations and you decide to cooperate with us, you will gain access to additional system functionalities, e.g. notifying patients about an upcoming visit in the form of an SMS, downloading medical documentation in PDF format or the possibility of registering patients to your facility on the http portal : //dofizjo.pl.
