Very bad experience with T-Mobile. Tried to get internet with them, consultant convinced me to change phone numbers to post paid service. Right after the conversation I changed my mind and asked to cancel and the guy said no problem. They didn't manage to install internet, I stopped by several times to ask how the change back to prepaid is working, the answer was it's in process. So I filled a complaint. They replied I didn't request anything. These are very shady practice, stay away

The app just stoped working properly a week ago. I have 3 numbers added but the app doesn't show any info about usage, plan, add-ons, package expiry or whatsoever.. the app throws a warning that it can't load the info! I tried reinstallation but no luck. Thank you

Problems. All the time. Not necessary (and i don't want them) - updates all the time. Failures - all the time... I forgot to add - from time i have to uninstall and install app again, and again. Time consuming and frustrating. Okay. Again. I rarely use it. Every time I try - it doesn't work. Until I uninstall it and install again. (okay, almost every time - but every time it irritates me).
