The mZUS for Physicians mobile app allows physicians and medical assistants to manage electronic medical certificates (e-ZLA).
The mZUS for Physicians app allows you to issue e-ZLAs, cancel them, or replace them with new ones. You can also view e-ZLA details within the app.
Who is the app for?
The app is intended for physicians and medical assistants authorized to issue e-ZLAs.
With the app, you can:
- issue or cancel e-ZLA,
- view details of issued e-ZLAs,
- view details of patient e-ZLAs issued by other physicians,
- for e-ZLA issuance purposes, you have access to patient data, details of family members registered for health insurance, and their payers,
- issue OL-FZLA and PR-4 applications,
- set, change, or add a new location for health care services for the duration of the session,
- make an authenticated phone call to the ZUS hotline (ZUS Customer Contact Center),
- book an e-visit (online visit) and an in-person appointment at any ZUS facility,
- read messages for the mZUS app and notifications, i.e., messages that have appeared in your doctor's account on PUE/eZUS, as well as correspondence from the ZUS Customer Contact Center,
- scan the QR code and log in to the PUE/eZUS portal.
Before installing the app
Make sure you have an active PUE/eZUS account and authorization to issue medical certificates. Detailed information can be found at www.zus.pl.
App Activation
Install mZUS for Physicians on your chosen device and connect the app to your PUE/eZUS account.
1. Log in to PUE/eZUS: https://www.zus.pl/ezus/logowanie.
2. In the [Settings] side menu, select [Mobile devices].
3. Click [New device].
4. A QR code (image to scan) and a string of characters (to manually enter) containing the device's activation code will be displayed on the screen.
5. Launch the app on your mobile device.
6. Read the terms and conditions for using the mobile app.
7. Scan the QR code generated in PUE/eZUS or enter the code manually.
Important! Before scanning the QR code, allow the mobile app to access your camera.
8. Enter the verification code you received on your phone number or email address, using the method you used to regain access to PUE/eZUS.
9. Set a PIN code, which must contain 4 to 6 digits, and log in to the app.
Note: After logging in to the app, submit a certificate request from ZUS. Then, install the certificate on your mobile device to sign e-ZLA, OL-FZLA, and PR-4 applications.
