Ratings and reviews

Overall, it's decent enough for me to keep using; but, not consistent. Been using this for a couple years now. The reminders are great as they are customisable; however, if you miss the day it thinks you've watered/misted the plant instead of reminding you the next day. Also, about three times now it has signed me out and asked me to sign back in, meaning I lost all my newer updated photos and added plants. Must be a syncing issue causing this.

This would be a great app if it worked on my Android phone, but it doesn't. The identification screen with the white frame is always black, apparently unconnected to the camera, so it is useless. I know there are things to try, and I have tried them: *I subscribed to the App. *Permissions are granted to the App to access camera and media. *Have uninstalled and reinstalled, including restarting the phone in the middle. *Worst of all, the developers are entirely uninterested in responding to my requests for assistance. *Other Apps that use the camera, e.g. QR code scanner, work just fine on my phone. If anyone *really* knows what this could cause this, and has read what I have already tried, I would love to hear from them.

Terrible app, installed to help with a plant. I must have snapped it 30 odd times. Half the time the image was 'too blurry' despite it being a clear photo. Or it just kept giving me the complete wrong identification. No just very annoyed I wasted time even trying. Save yourself the headache. And def not worth the money if that's the bare basics functions.
