Better if it Worked A friend has this on his iPhone so I know how it should work. It doesn't work on my Droid 3 anywhere close to how it does on the iPhone, which is a shame. Slow response, seems to kind of freeze up, have to exit out and re-open to get things to work. Not very ideal. Uninstalled.
Excellent Only 4stars because of the response speed. To those complaining about the two seemingly False choices...Pants on fire means total fabrication or leaving something out that totally changes what was said. As in "I believe in euthanasia for pets." Then quoting that I said "I believe in euthanasia." That is a pants on fire! I got fired because someone did exactly that to me. Two weeks later the company I was contracted to called me to go in the back door and fix what they broke. Any political body or member that resorts to that is not to be trusted nor elected!
I like it. This app is pretty good. I really like the challenge feature, but it is a bit unfair that you have to decide between false or pants on fire. If that is fixed I will give it four stars.
Round peg in a square hole I appreciate the idea, but not the implementation. Last time I checked, my phone was running android not iOS. At least take the time to create a native application. This app just feels wrong and looks worse on my nexus. The back button doesn't even work and the apps performance is horrendous. I was considering one of your paid apps until I experienced this atrocity.
Good idea, lousy app The quiz function incorrectly reads my choice 80% of the time! The article section is a blank screen you search from, which feels like the app has crashed - should default to"trending" instead. First visit requires LONG info download which feels like a crash. Easily fixable major UI errors give this a clunky, beta feel, but the content (if you find it) is top grade.
Like the idea The quiz part is very inconsistent on what it wants you to grade. Sometimes it expects you to answer if someone said something and other times it wants you to answer if what they said was factual. Doesn't tell you which way to answer so you'll get many wrong. Also there are two answers for false, which if you select the wrong one, you get the question wrong even if you are correct about it being false. Finally, the interface is based on iOS, not android which looks very out of place on android.
We've fixed the back button issues - sorry we missed that one for v1 - and we've made a bunch of other little fixes to improve the experience overall.
