I have 3 of these apps like this one the best. A big pro is that it has various categories you can choose from , conditions under that and it has various breathing patterns which address that condition. categories like mood ,ailments like COPD sleep apnea etc and time of the day. each exercise has how long to inhale exhale hold etc and the builtin chimes to indicate when to switch from inhale to hold or exhale etc.This is a very neat feature. but finger holds,posture tucked in about pranayama

Please add an option to customize breathing ratios for pre-set pranayams like Anulom Vilom. Currently, it only supports a fixed 4:2:4 pattern. As per my practice, I need a 4:8:8:4 ratio. When I try to use the custom pranayama feature, the nostril alternation doesn’t work properly—one side only inhales and the other only exhales, without switching in each round. Kindly fix this issue and allow proper customization with correct nostril alternation. Otherwise the app is very good.
