I very rarely write reviews but for just how diabolical this app is I had no choice. The amount of freezing and buffering is beyond ridiculous! Every other app I use runs perfectly well when streaming live sport etc. This is terrible. Combine that with the sound quality being woeful, making any crowd noise sound like your trapped in a cave. Cancelled subscription. DO NOT USE

Such a poor experience even with the playback options. Always buffering and a lag during live play and yes I've strong Internet and have reset/updated the app. It's clear there has been insufficient investment in the app. No easy way to raise the issues with premier sports. Given the subscription fee per month, it's disheartening that there are no other options to watch European Rugby and we are stuck with a very poor quality app and service.

Very expensive at £15 per month and impossible to cancel subscription online. Also, you have to give them 30 days notice to cancel so even if you planned to subscribe for a month, you're forced to pay for extra month. Content is average, some football matches don't have commentaries. You also have to re-register the app regularly even if you're watching on a single device.
