About this app

Simple application to calculate a mortgage loan costs. It allows you to make the calculation either by term or by fee and shows the interest vs amortization chart and the complete depreciation table. The application automatically stores all your simulation exercises and allows you to easily make comparisons among the results from having taken different assumptions. This calculator also gives you the opportunity to choose among several rates of payment apart from the usual frequency set on a monthly basis. Very simple use. For all types of users.
