About this app

GROW Golf
Think Better to Play Better

Golf is a game of decisions.

Every shot requires you to process information, calculate distances, assess risks, maintain focus and make the best possible choice under pressure.

GROW Golf is the first cognitive training app specifically designed to help golfers improve these essential skills through short, practical and engaging exercises.

Developed by Cognitive Growth, GROW Golf combines years of research and experience working with elite golfers, coaches and international academies to bring cognitive training directly to your mobile device.

Train in just a few minutes a day

Our exercises are designed to fit easily into your daily routine and help you develop the cognitive skills required for competitive golf.

Train and improve:

• Decision-making

• Focus and attention

• Mental calculation

• Working memory

• Information processing

• Cognitive flexibility

Designed for golfers

Unlike general brain-training applications, every exercise has been created with golf performance in mind.

The objective is not simply to improve your score within the app, but to help you make better decisions and perform more consistently on the golf course.

More than an app

GROW Golf is part of the Cognitive Growth ecosystem.

As the platform continues to evolve, new cognitive games, training modules, educational content and certification opportunities will be progressively added.

Whether you are a junior golfer, a competitive amateur, a coach or an ambitious player looking to maximise your potential, GROW Golf is designed to help you train one of the most important parts of your game:

Your brain.

Think Better to Play Better.
