About this app

Kidy is the management platform for kindergartens, schools, nurseries and after-school centers. The mobile app brings parents and staff the information they need, with push notifications for attendance, messages and announcements.

FOR PARENTS
• View your child's profile: class and enrollment status
• Track your child's attendance at activities
• Receive and view invoices issued by the institution, with payment history
• Pay invoices online, securely, through the institution's payment processor
• Communicate directly with educators through in-app messages

FOR EDUCATORS AND STAFF
• List of classes and children in the group
• Mark children's attendance quickly, directly from your phone
• Timesheet for staff, with check-in and check-out at the work location

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
• Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and hosted in the European Union
• Access is allowed only to users invited by the institution
• Children's photos are stored privately and served via secure, expiring links
• No ads and no data sales

Institution administration — registration, billing, and class and staff management — is done from the Kidy web platform.

Kidy is used by educational institutions that want to reduce time spent on administration and communicate better with families. Your account is created by the institution that uses Kidy — if your child's kindergarten or school uses the platform, you will receive an invitation by email.
