the only reason to deduct 2 stars is... if you are using gps to navigate the route, you could also see the longest and shortest route to the selected destination. there must be a fixed trip amount, it should not vary according to live distance travelled when the trip is started. drivers are often taking long routes which increases the trip amount. recently it went from 80 to 97rs. there must be predefined trip amount so that drivers are forced to take short routes and it also reduces the time.

Total scam. The fare was below 160 when we booked the ride, but by the time we reached our destination, it had increased to 300 because the driver changed the route without any clear explanation. During the trip, we politely asked the driver why the route had changed. Instead of explaining the situation, he responded rudely and even blamed one of my friends for asking questions. I would not recommend this service, as other customers may face the same issue

It was my first ride on jugnoo and we had to go to the station from my home it was showing the normal price, but after the ride was completed the driver was asking 1.5-1.6 times and it was also showing in the app that you have to pay the extra amount rather than the normal price of it. It was a very bad experience for me and my family.
