everything was great until my regular driver couldn't take me anymore. I need high reliability. I had a ride scheduled. for 20 minutes they were 5 minutes away. had to cancel due to no response to communication. called the service number, they would not listen and just talked over me then hung up on me. emailed the customer service email. no response. evidently since it is a low cost ride, though 5 days a week, I was not wanted as a patron.

Awesome rideshare. A lot cheaper than Uber or Lyft the only thing is you have to wait a little longer than you would with the other 2 but that's only sometimes. For the price difference, it's worth the wait. also received a $5 off promo that can be used from now to decmeber for $5 off everyday once a day. .. I never had any promos like that with the others either !!

Blatantly dishonest pricing. I was quoted a trip for $11 dollars yet when it was all said and done the final fare was nearly $28 dollars. They claim to not use surge pricing yet they tack on a very hefty "congestion time" surcharge. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this application as you have no idea what the final price of the trip will be. If they are trying to get established in the AZ market then this is not the way to do it.
