Every trip I have completed so far, I've had a problem getting paid. I've had to contact support every single time. Still haven't been paid for last weeks trip. Also, the app has way too many issues. Not to mention, there are so few rides coming in that paying a subscription at this time is not worth it. Fix the app, get more customers, and pay your drivers in a timely manner. Then maybe I'll change my rating.

Pretty good app so far but it was difficult to change my debit card after I realized it still had my card that I had to cancel a couple of months ago. Now that I've changed it,I hope I can get paid for the rides I've done. Now that I'm done adding the new card it won't let me turn the app on to accept rides. The On button is gone and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and logged out twice.

Customer service is exceptionally poor. I had an issue on my second trip that asked me twice to restart my phone, when I restarted my phone the money from my first trip completely disappeared. Customer service spends way too much time trying to blame the driver for any bugs crashes disruptions you may have. So far I have not been paid for the two rides I have taken. At this point I do not recommend
