Very happy with the experience provided by PickUP Barbados! We didn't want to waste hours of our vacation waiting for a shuttle from the resort and scheduling a ride was super easy and very akin to any of the other major players in the US. Decent pricing and a pickup in the middle of the countryside were 2 additional pluses. Our driver was awesome, quick and super fun to be around(just like all the locals). Happy to keep our vacation on track and stress free.

Wow, my hotel concierge recommendated this app to us during our first trip to Barbados last week, and it was a godsend! We used it every day! SUPER easy to install, load a credit card and get started, AND you can toggle it to a cash option over card as well. So many friendly and helpful drivers; very intuitive, never had one issue. I highly recommend, and will most definitely use again during my travels!

It was a great app for the many times I used it. Just now I took a ride, had my card information put in as always. Got to my destination and the driver says the card function hasn't been working. Sure enough, I checked later and it never went through. So I had to go to an atm, take out cash to pay the driver and now my appointment is completely missed. The card function needs to be fixed asap.
