@Char, how can you be so civilized with all these noobs here? LMAO. One of them doesnt even know what root is, the others doesnt know how to read the description and most of them think that a THEME ENGINE sucks memory and performance. I would just mock them or worse. Kudos Char.
Can't use it unless I pay for a different app that is required for a stock device. It seems that this is a gimmick and not worth my time.
UPDATE: Okay, one thing: When applying an overlay on Substratum from self-made theme from ThemeDIY, the Substratum app first works but after closing it twice it crashes at start. I will try to send you logs if that happens again..! --- I reaaaaly love how it evolved from the layers manager app back then (what, to be honest, just counted as an "alternative" for CMTE when layers came out :P) to what substratum is (and will be) now. No, really - I am so happy with it. :D Also: @Lampros and @Char - this is soo true! :'D :/
Can anyone confirm, as it shown in description in Samsung nougat substratum works rootless, if so pls add support for Android one (mi A1)
I like the functionality on this theme engine, it meets my needs for theming my device. One thing that can make this app better is being able to theme icons, not just the launcher, but through out the OS.
I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I'd posted a 1-star review over the access to contacts. A notice that only the end user's email address is accessed for theme devs to contact the end user, etc was added some time after. Anyway, Substratum has come a long way and is constantly being worked on. Happy theming!
A ton of bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.
