I can't pair my TV !! I try to scan the QR code and shows " invalid " , I try to login by mail and password but nothing happens ! there's no customer service I can ask what's the problem ! this so frustrating really

its a fake add based app. in the add it says watch free, while in real it asks you to register first and then subscribe by paying to watch.

Unfortunately last month they made an update for the app and we become unable to open the app on the TV, we contacted Support service they are not replying until we keep reminding them even after they replied we reached no where! they just said that they are facing technical issues and no solution was provided from their side for 1 month!! we lost our money for watching nothing even I'm trying to cancel the subscription there is again a technical issue don't waste your money with this app
