Ratings and reviews

User experience is terrible. Need to refresh the app two or three times to show the account balance and transaction history, Which is the whole point of having a banking app. Shows incorrect balance when you login. Also the push notifications to enter the app is a hit or miss. You are lucky if you get it.

Crash all the time trying to upgrade.

Operation or login notification takes hours to arrive. Sms notification is not sent. Simply put it, more than half the time does not work.
