The “App Caderneta do Aluno” was one of the winning projects of the 2017 edition of the Youth Participatory Budget Portugal. This APP presents a set of simple and available functionalities for the mobile channel, oriented both for the Parents and Guardians (EE) of students from pre-school to secondary school of all teaching modalities and for students, even with access levels differentiated according to the profile. With access from the authentication.gov mechanisms, namely the Digital Mobile Key, this APP has features that allow interaction between EE and schools.
It allows consulting the biographical record data of the student and the person in charge of education, the student's timetable, curriculum with the respective disciplines and associated teachers, identification of the Class Director and his office hours, occurrences of a disciplinary nature, student attendance, evaluation of the class summaries and task list by subject. It will allow the justification of absences and the communication of the EE with the Class Director, as well as the updating of data from the biographical record.
This APP is only available to public schools under the supervision of the Ministry of Education that use the E-360 system provided by the Ministry of Education as a student management program.
