First time using a bike, as a tourist: I return the bike to a dock, it gets locked in but does not register that the trip is done. I had to call the support number, fortunately they spoke English, for them to end the trip. In the meantime I got charged an extra 2 euros for going over 45 minutes. On top of that, the app freezes constantly.

Terrible app, incompetent customer service. As others wrote, the app takes your money, blocks the deposit and then tells you it can;'t give you a bike. Customer services is terrible. Barely speak English, don't understand phone numbers, nor emails. In the end, I wrote an email to customer service, in English, and got a response in Portuguese about resetting my password. They sent me a temporary password, but it's not recognized, nor my email. And resetting my password was not the issue anyway, it was the payment.

The application many times doesn't have the correct number of bikes available, in total and for use. Several times I had arrived at bike station and I saw that there are a few bikes with green light but didn't appear on the app as free bikes to use. Sometimes the app is very slow and freeze. I've written this by email but the answer for all things is: uninstall the app, clear or cache and cookies ( I did several times but didn't work) or, the funniest answer, try with another mobile phone!!???
