Amongst the major hospitals, this is the one with the best app. The filters available to search for doctors and appointments are very practical, allowing to filter based on insurance coverage, allows to select multiple options at once, and in the doctor's page we are able to see right away they're first appointment availability.

Its impossible to log in. Both the app and the website force you to recover the password over and over again, even when you just did! This error has persisted for months! This is supposed to facilitate scheduling/managing consultations. Forcing users to go to obscure means to find contacts when this portals is center page is pure negligence from both the devs and owners. I dont care about other means of contact. It your platform doesnt work, dont offer it.

Simply doesn't work. And it appears there is no support. I attempted to contact them several times using numerous methods, but none of them resolved the issue, instead providing me with a boilerplate pre-written response.
