Worst service ever faced. Bought a traveller card. Internet does not work. Support explained that package is not activated for some reason. Asked to activate. "Will do in 5 minutes and call you back." was the answer. 7 days passed, I visited office 5 times, opened 5 issues with support. Internet still does not work, but we have some progress - I cannot call anymore as well.

Is this the worst app that I've ever used? No. But it's pretty bad: You cannot see your multiple hired services, you need to get a pdf invoice for everything. No real time information. Outdated information and broken links. It's probably developed by some outsourced company that doesn't care. Edit: I love how the answer completely misses the point, perfectly showcasing what I'm talking about.

O "Diagnóstico de Internet Fixa" deve ser utilizado sempre que a internet fixa esteja lenta, com o sinal fraco ou inconstante. Através do assistente virtual disponível são apresentadas ações de correção inteligentes e acesso prioritÔrio ao Apoio Técnico.

Esta nova versão da App NOS inclui ainda melhorias de desempenho e correção de erros.
