Like many many others here, it doesn't go past the splash screen. Developers : do user testing, fix your app. If so many users complain and your score here is so low, there is a reason.

Não detetamos nenhum erro, caso persista solicitamos que nos reporte o erro com print screen. Informamos ainda, que além do acesso através das credenciais da Segurança Social Direta, também é possível entrar com Chave Móvel Digital (CMD).
