just like most other government apps in Portugal this is dreadful. Over 20 times I've logged in to renew my ehic card over 20 times the site tells me this or that is wrong. Or unable to process at present time. the online support is equally awful. Why do you make things so infuriating to do, it really should be a very simple process. Instead you just mess people around making a simple task unbearable to try to achieve. Or is it only foreign residents it difficult for?

since last update I can never log in , I have set biometrics ( thumb print ) but when I click the scanner the initial page has a continuous spinning arrow .

there is no defrent between website and app. too difficult. but previous app was simple and easy. shame
