They changed my tarrif without my approval. Added me TV I never asked for. My payment increased from 27 to 45. I talked with their managers about 10 times, nothing changed. Also they offer 100 mbs, but give me only 28. It is very frustrating and takes time from me. Do I need to find a lawyer? Still thinking, but this scammers doesn't deserve even one star. Update: after three months of fighting they silently changed my payment from 27 to 31. Why? Because they want to.

I cannot see my phone in the app anymore, for some reason it disappeared. Tried reinstalling, nothing. How am I supposed to manage my account and phone? See data? Of course if I contact by the app no one ever replies to me, and I cannot call since I don't speak Portuguese. Just switch companies and find one that works I suppose.

Can't register my client ID or account tells me to go to another site?? Everything in Portuguese even the review replies on here are in Portuguese which is fine if the reviews were in Portuguese but they are not. In the last 5 years no good support available, automated telephone system, they charge you to ring customer service but u can never get through to anyone. Sadly the only provider in Portugal so there is no alternative or competition 😕
