Good. Can improve. Clothes came back well washed and neatly packed. Satisfied. But they took 13 days. I would have still given an extra star if the order status in the app was more useful and gave me some updates. Not knowing when I would get my clothes back or why it's getting late left a bad taste.
Horrible experience. Gave a two piece suit and two shirts for dry clean. The suit was returned as a mess and it seems a normal iron is used instead of a steam iron. The shirts have been brushed badly instaed of a dry clean.. Spoilt my two new shirts (once used each) worth approx 5000..had to create a google+ profile just to write this review so that others can benefit..please stay away from this.. Go lured into the price advantage.. Bad experience..
Terrible.. Horrible.. Irresponsible.. Order kept pending for 2 days still these ppl had no courtesy to call up and inform about the delay. Infact my order was prepaid thinking that prepaid orders are given preferences i opted for it. They'll make fake commitments. Guys stop fooling ppl around with fake positive reviews about ur service. Close down ur poor service asap. Thr r many othrs who serve very well like HOUSEJOY excellent n get 5 stars frm each customer always. I will never suggest anyone purplebag ever. First and bitter experience.
Pathetic I placed an order on Monday. Got a text stating they're closed on Monday and was pick up was rescheduled to next day. Till today there's no call or text from them. Thought I'll give a new start up a try but now I know, the neighborhood dry cleaner might charge more but won't cheat me with false pick up dates and no communication. And whenever I click on 'my profile' the app crashes. I wish I could give no stars at all, but sadly had to give 1 which they don't deserve.
No update on order status Though they picked it on the said date . they should have a system to update the order status,the customer support on chat says they do have a system but there is some issue with it,but I see a similar review back in February, why hasn't it been fixed ,was expecting it yesterday and yet no update on it.will review again after I receive the cloths but for now , 2 stars for the lack of communication. Update:Neatly packed cloths .looks perfect.2 more stars.however delay by 5days with no estimated delivery.
Bad way of treating customers I'm just giving this rating for the pathetic way they are responding to customers who rate one star or complain against them.. they should learn basic customer service skills. If u read the responses they are giving to their customers here, you'll know how bad they're at maintaining customer relations. I'm not using their app or services to get into issues. And admin, dare not speak against me for not using ur service or judging u. U prove urself the way u treat customers.
