At the moment I can only give 2 stars, which can only change when and only when my Dr's Practice gets to grips with it and allows the app's full features to be used, also it needs much work to improve it too, I was only able to order one item at a time and not use messages either God knows how the Doctors will get on writing out so many prescriptions. 😣😷 bring back the 'Patient access app.. was much better!!
As of today I have been able to log in and use properly on my tablet until today for some reason it kept throwing me out and on my Samsung mobile and I have had to use my old Blackberry mobile so hopefully this will last now. I find it really handy to order tabs and read notes. If it keeps up I will come back with a 5.
Handy app, but fiddly. I have to order a lot of different items in one go. A tick box next to each item then a request button would save me requesting each item separately. This would take me seconds to do, rather than a minute or so. You can do it the tick box way on my laptop but not the App version. Good app though, I hope they add this option. Remember Password option would be helpful too. I'd probably stick to my Laptop for these reasons, but good as a backup if I need to urgently request an item and I'm away from my laptop.
Patient Access was loads better. This needs a lot of work. - Doesn't remember username. Being able to log in with my fingerprint would be fantastic. - Can't order multiple repeats at once. A simple checkbox would solve this. - Pointless for booking appointments; always seems to shows as 'no appointments' or you've gone to far ahead. Much quicker to phone and that's saying something. Awful app.
Useless app Dreadful search functionality for appointments. Not worth the effort phoned sugery instead. Does not support repeat prescrips. Tick box exercise in providing access for patients. Not a patch on the Emis App which was what you would expect function and format wise.
It's back! 9th March Since updating can not log in. Keeps saying unable connect. When going online using Web browser no problems at all. So problem lies with app. Have used both lollipop os and now using marshmallow os. Shame because it was a great app. Update: 10th March. Can use again. Glad it's finally working again! .
