At the moment I can only give 2 stars, which can only change when and only when my Dr's Practice gets to grips with it and allows the app's full features to be used, also it needs much work to improve it too, I was only able to order one item at a time and not use messages either God knows how the Doctors will get on writing out so many prescriptions. 😣😷 bring back the 'Patient access app.. was much better!!
Handy app, but fiddly. I have to order a lot of different items in one go. A tick box next to each item then a request button would save me requesting each item separately. This would take me seconds to do, rather than a minute or so. You can do it the tick box way on my laptop but not the App version. Good app though, I hope they add this option. Remember Password option would be helpful too. I'd probably stick to my Laptop for these reasons, but good as a backup if I need to urgently request an item and I'm away from my laptop.
Useless app Dreadful search functionality for appointments. Not worth the effort phoned sugery instead. Does not support repeat prescrips. Tick box exercise in providing access for patients. Not a patch on the Emis App which was what you would expect function and format wise.
It's back! 9th March Since updating can not log in. Keeps saying unable connect. When going online using Web browser no problems at all. So problem lies with app. Have used both lollipop os and now using marshmallow os. Shame because it was a great app. Update: 10th March. Can use again. Glad it's finally working again! .
Selecting patients Drop down to choose between patients i.e. me, mum and dad wouldn't show options to select. Uninstalled. The website has been kicking me out when selecting between patients. Receptionist cant help either and reluctant to contact the company arghhh
Really useful It would be great to remain signed in and to have a notification/alarm to come on 30mins or an hour before appointsments to remind us. This should help to reduce the number of missed appointments. Also a notification for when something in our patient record changes.
