It's back! 9th March Since updating can not log in. Keeps saying unable connect. When going online using Web browser no problems at all. So problem lies with app. Have used both lollipop os and now using marshmallow os. Shame because it was a great app. Update: 10th March. Can use again. Glad it's finally working again! .
At the moment I can only give 2 stars, which can only change when and only when my Dr's Practice gets to grips with it and allows the app's full features to be used, also it needs much work to improve it too, I was only able to order one item at a time and not use messages either God knows how the Doctors will get on writing out so many prescriptions. 😣😷 bring back the 'Patient access app.. was much better!!
shove this app up your 4$$ Can't use a password manager with this. If you switch focus to another app this one will forget what you typed or pasted in the logon fields. So if you switch to your password manager to copy your password, this app will forget the username. And it does not remember your logon, so you have to logon every time you open the bloody app. Pathetic. Even my banking apps dealing with money won't behave like this, I can set a Pin or use my fingerprint on my banking app but not this one. Useless.
My account is set to login on behalf of other people, but the app won't let me choose which account I want to log in to. The drop down box is empty and there is no way select an account. It then crashes. Also each time I launch the App it asks for my username and password again?!? Why can't it remember my credentials? Unusable at the moment.
No tablets from Tablet! On way back from Vietnam tomorrow....first attempt at using systmonline on my tablet and, guess what...."unable to connect". How is it I can use it happily on pc at home but it doesn't work when I really need it? Any answer?
Unlike the iOS app where you can order lots of prescriptions by ticking multiple boxes, on android you have to do one at a time. When I went to collect my medication I had 8 different prescription forms to fill out ! Ridiculous and can only imagine what my Dr thought when signing them !! Reported it to the surgery today but really can't understand why the same app on 2 different operating systems can't be configured the same. Will use my iPad when possible.
