Through the Family Bank application you can:

• Check balances and movements of your accounts.
• Ask about the details of your CDAs.
• Consult movements, lines of credit, total debt, available balance and make payments of credit cards issued by Banco Familiar.
• Set your credit card to: disable if lost or stolen, activate it for purchases via the Internet, choose the limit of daily and monthly purchase, select the countries where they want to active your card and types of shops where you want to buy .
• Check on the amount of paid dues, fees payable balance and make loan payments.
• Make transfers between your accounts, to third party accounts in Family Bank and to accounts in other banks.
• Make payments of public and private services with funds from checking or savings Family Bank.
• Buy minutes for your cell phone.
• Apply for loans, account opening and other products more.
• Find branches and ATMs closest to your location Family Bank.

To enter, you just must use the same PIN access to the Web you have accessed Banking. If you are not subscribed to the Web Banking you can request your username and PIN entering www.familiar.com.py, going to the nearest or by calling * 3322 branch.

no se puede generar el pin de acceso y el error no es claro

Uso Banco Familiar solamente porque su app es la mejor de todos los bancos de PY. Lo único que sí molesta y MUCHO, son las noticias que salen al ingresar a la app. Suelen ser 5-8 páginas que tengo que ver TODAS antes de poder ingresar a mi cuenta. Sería bueno que tengan una opción de "no mostrar más" o un botón para saltar todo de una.

Burocrático, ineficiente, no te prestan atención, igual que en el banco en sí. 🤮🤮🤮 Esto es la "vanguardia" en aplicaciones, señores. Si a esto le llaman vanguardia, difícil esperar algo decente 🤡
