Some limitations that make usage impossible. Received SMS about missing documents for an application, but nowhere is it mentioned which documents are missing. I have to call to find out. Uploading a photo of a document is limited to 500kB which is not a usable size these days, it's such a useless requirement and renders most phone cameras useless and irrelevant. Very "last century" size requirement, needs to be increased. I have no way to reduce my document photos to anywhere near 500kb.

User friendly, all in one app. All the updates are communicated properly.

Trying to change passport info, but it keeps crashing and I get a message saying that the app is crashing because it has a bug. pls fix. very bad on Android OS
