edit2: it just gets more and more frustrating. Our government is paying tremendous amounts of money and this is the outcome? I can't even view the picture of my vehicle getting caught by a speed camera. the app keeps crashing. what a shame.

The main issue is that the ‘Search by car violation plate number’ option is frozen and cannot be clicked on my device. However, it works fine on other iOS devices. On Android, users are unable to tap the search button to find violations and make payments. The only workaround is using a normal web browser, which makes the app itself pointless.

Cannot understand, that it is possible to apply for a visa for a newborn in Qatar to a mother with visit visa, but cannot apply for a residence permit to a newborn in Qatar to a mother with active QID using Metrash, except upon forcing to go "in person" to service centers, that actually close early and while main passports building keep redirecting to other service centers like in Rayyan and Msaimeer! Not practical and misses too many important functions!
