edit: it went from bad to worse. it constantly crashes. many services have been removed in the newer version (like searching for a vehicle's accident history using chassis number only, it now requires the approval of the owner). Also, I cannot register an accident with my account on a family's car I liked the old metrash2 much better. It was clear and not so laggy like this one. This one just keeps crashing. Dont force people into the new version if you aren't capable of doing it the right way.

The main issue is that the ‘Search by car violation plate number’ option is frozen and cannot be clicked on my device. However, it works fine on other iOS devices. On Android, users are unable to tap the search button to find violations and make payments. The only workaround is using a normal web browser, which makes the app itself pointless.

Better than it was. International Visa credit card still not being accepted. App said to verify through the bank. Bank never received any request. Tried to verify through phone number. Wouldn't accept the code. Finally verified through email. Card denied. Is there anybody there actually doing quality checks on this app, or the developers just wait until they get enough complaints before fixing something? Be proactive not reactive. Test the functionality of all of the app sections.
